Our designs are subject to copyright protection either by Equitatus Limited or a third party from whom we have licensed the design(s). Permission to reproduce these designs may be obtained from the copyright holder(s). Failure to do so will result in the copyright holder(s) pursuance for damages. Equitatus Limited cannot act as an intermediary in copyright requests between third parties.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been accepted and initiated, we cannot accept cancellations due to the personalised nature of our products. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about the order to ensure it is correct.
Returns Policy
As our products are completely unique with no resale value to us our returns policy is strictly limited.
Naturally we can only refund or exchange an item if it is faulty or we have made a spelling error. For these reasons please ensure that you provide us with correct information at the point of order. In the unlikely case that you do need to make a return, please contact us first at customerservices@equitatus.co.uk within 3 days of receipt. If we agree to accept a return, please ensure that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so that you can track the item being sent. Please do not return faulty or incorrectly spelled items without contacting us first as postage cannot be refunded on goods returned without prior notification. No refunds will be given after 21 days and no refunds will be given for goods that have been damaged by the customer, worn or washed.
Delivery
Depending on the items ordered, we endeavour to despatch goods within 14 working days of receipt of order. Usually, despatch is much quicker than this. However, during busy periods of demand such as Christmas, this may take a little longer. If we anticipate any delays we will let you know as quickly as possible.
If your item is returned to us by Royal Mail we will have to charge you the delivery cost again and have it re-sent. Royal Mail will only keep Recorded Delivery items for seven days and after that they are returned to us. Please don't ignore any delivery cards Royal Mail leave in your absence!
Sizes
All sizes given on this web site are as accurate as possible and are given in good faith. May we stress how important it is that you choose the correct size as once personalised, we are unable to accept a return based on incorrect size.
Out of stock Items
As all our work is done to order we are governed by our suppliers' stock availability. If any items you order are out of stock, we will notify you of revised delivery via email. If this is unacceptable to you we will refund your payment.
Postage and Packing
All items are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. This is an express next day service for the UK offering a money back guarantee for delay and compensation for loss and damage to your item. This service carries full insurance and tracking facilities.
